Refund Policy

At RapidNative (hereinafter referred as "Website"), we are committed to clear, fair refund practices backed by transparent support to ensure trust and confidence in our AI-powered platform. In this Refund Policy (hereinafter referred as "Policy"), references to "we", "our", or "us" refer to Shaper Studio Inc., the operator of the Website, while "you" or "user(s)" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our services.

1. FREE TRIAL & CREDIT STRUCTURE

We offer a free trial tier, including limited prompt credits and export capabilities. We encourage you to fully test the platform before purchasing.

Trial usage is non-refundable, but it helps evaluate if our Website meets your needs.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Technical or system error: If a verifiable platform issue (e.g. export failures, AI processing errors) prevented you from using key features, and support couldn't resolve it within 5 business days.
  • Duplicate charge: If multiple payments were taken accidentally for the same account or plan.
  • Unintended purchase: If you purchased a paid plan or credits accidentally, did not use any premium features (no prompts, exports, or app builds), and request is made within 7 calendar days.

3. NON‑REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS

Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Partial usage of subscription (used credits, built/exported apps).
  • Subscription cancellation after 7 days working day from billing.
  • Usage-based charges (e.g. metered prompt or credit usage).
  • Charges refunded to store provider (Apple, Google Play)—refund subject to provider terms.

4. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer prorated refunds for any remaining days in the billing cycle.

5. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days from the date of approval. Once initiated, the refund typically returns to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of initiation.

However, processing may take up to 14 calendar days, depending on the bank or provider.

6. REQUESTING A REFUND

To request a refund, please email support@shaper.studio with the following details:

  • Account email
  • Transaction ID or invoice
  • Date and amount of purchase
  • Reason for request
  • Supporting screenshots or logs (if relevant)

Our team will:

  • Acknowledge receipt and investigate within 3 business days of receiving your refund request
  • Provide outcome and next steps within 7 working days

7. THIRD‑PARTY PURCHASES

Subscriptions bought via Apple App Store, Google Play, or other platforms must follow that provider's refund process.

We will assist with guidance, but do not process refunds directly in those cases.

8. ENTERPRISE & CUSTOM CONTRACTS

Enterprise or custom agreements may have bespoke refund terms. Refer to your signed agreement or contact your account manager for details.

9. CREDITS & LOYALTY ADJUSTMENTS

Credit refunds (unused prompt or build credits) may be approved if platform actions failed to execute changes (e.g. AI re-applied an existing modification without effect).

We may offer goodwill credit to offset inconvenience, but will not provide monetary compensation beyond the scope defined here.

10. CHANGES TO POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this Page and will take effect immediately.
