PRD Feature

The PRD Feature lets you paste a Product Requirements Document into RapidNative. The tool reads through multiple requirements, breaks them down into tasks, and begins creating screens step by step — with full control given to you at each stage.

Instead of generating everything at once, RapidNative helps you perfect one screen first, while queuing the rest in Pending Tasks.

How it works

  1. Open a project and paste your PRD text into the chatbox.
  2. RapidNative breaks down the PRD into individual tasks (e.g. login screen, dashboard, settings page).
  3. The first screen is created and shown on your canvas.
  4. Other tasks are placed into Pending Tasks (visible in the chat area).
  5. Review and refine the first screen:
    • Use Inline Edits or additional prompts
    • Pending tasks are updated automatically as you refine
  6. Once satisfied, you can:
    • Send tasks one by one to generate the next screens
    • Cancel tasks you no longer want carried out

Example workflow

PRD input:

“The app should have:

  • A login page with email and password fields
  • A dashboard with recent activity
  • A settings page with toggle options”

RapidNative output:

  • Generates the Login Screen first
  • Places Dashboard and Settings into Pending Tasks
  • User refines the login screen (e.g. adds “Forgot Password” link)
  • Pending tasks update accordingly
  • User sends dashboard and settings tasks once login is finalized

Why it matters

  • Control your workflow → perfect one screen before moving forward
  • Save credits → avoid regenerating multiple screens unnecessarily
  • Stay flexible → cancel tasks you don’t need, refine tasks before they’re built
  • Team alignment → PMs and founders can validate requirements step by step without wasting dev effort
