What plans does RapidNative offer?
RapidNative offers:
- Free → 20 requests/month (public projects only)
- Starter ($20/month) → 50 requests/month, private projects, full code exports
- Pro ($50/month) → 150 requests/month, private projects, priority support
- Enterprise (custom pricing) → unlimited credits, team collaboration, SSO, dedicated support

How do I choose the right plan?
- Free → best for trying out RapidNative or hobby projects
- Starter → good for solo founders, early MVPs, or individual designers
- Pro → ideal for PMs, freelancers, or agencies managing multiple projects
- Enterprise → recommended for large teams or companies that need collaboration, SSO, and custom usage
Is there a free trial of paid plans?
Currently, there is no free trial for Starter or Pro plans. Instead, the Free plan allows you to try RapidNative with 20 monthly requests to test the platform before upgrading.
How do I upgrade my plan?
- Click the Upgrade button in the header
- Select your desired plan (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise)
- Billing is processed securely online, and your new plan activates immediately
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can switch to a lower plan anytime from Account Settings → Billing.
The change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from Account Settings → Billing.
- You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing cycle
- After that, your account will move to the Free plan
- Your projects will remain accessible (Free projects stay public, Starter/Pro projects remain private)
What happens if I downgrade or cancel?
- Downgrade → You’ll keep features of your current plan until the cycle ends, then move to the lower plan’s limits.
- Cancel → You’ll drop to the Free plan, which means:
- Only 20 requests/month
- Projects created on paid plans stay private, but new Free projects will be public by default
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled based on RapidNative’s official policy. You can review the full details here: Refund Policy.
If you cancel your subscription, you’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I access my invoices?
- Go to Account Settings → Billing
- All past invoices are available for download as PDF
- Invoices include billing details, plan type, and payment history
What payment methods do you accept?
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
- Enterprise users can request invoicing via bank transfer or PO agreements
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. RapidNative supports both monthly and annual billing.
- Monthly plans → pay month to month, cancel anytime.
- Annual plans → pay once per year, usually with cost savings compared to monthly.
You can switch your billing cycle when upgrading through the Upgrade button in the header.
Will my older Free projects become private if I upgrade?
No. Projects created on the Free plan remain public unless you manually change them to private after upgrading.
Do I lose my projects if I cancel my plan?
No. All your projects remain in your account.
- Starter/Pro projects stay private
- Free projects remain public
Can I share one subscription across a team?
No. Starter and Pro subscriptions are individual.
For teams, the Enterprise plan includes collaboration and multi-seat accounts.
Do you offer student, non-profit, or startup discounts?
Not yet. For now, plans are offered at standard pricing. Discounts may be introduced later
